Before discovering yoga, I was a shy, insecure guy with weak boundaries, suffering from chronic deep depression and a disempowering state of victim mentality. Through my yoga practice, I managed to discover my purpose in life find the way out of an unfulfilling life of trying to grasp for transitory happiness from things outside of myself, discovering that true, sustainable happiness comes from the inside. I now have 10 years of experience practicing yoga of various styles: bikram, kundalini, ashtanga, vinyasa flow, yin, anusara. I am a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, and I am passionate to use all of my experience to empower anybody who wants a more fulfilling life. I'm especially passionate about helping guys break out from a prison of conformity and a mere settling for an unfulfilling life experience. My truth is that whatever is possible on the yoga mat, becomes possible in your life. I teach yoga with the firm conviction that it is a transformative practice that can help you overcome your own worst obstacles and become the best version of yourself.
I am also a professional cinematographer specializing in crafting poetic and powerful images. I take that bountiful creativity and use it to create novel and exciting experiences in my yoga teaching. My style of teaching is highly energetic, and my goal is to stoke the inner fire in my students. My goal is to leave everyone buzzing with life force with a huge radiating smile.
